♦ Some products ship more quickly than others and can be determined by the first letters of their SKU code on the individual product pages. * SKU codes can be found beside the product image on each product page
♦ All time frames are approximate (not guaranteed) and may vary. The time frame listed is the time before the product is completed and shipped - please add approximately 2 - 6 days transit time for the product to reach you.

RETURNS
♦ Permission must be granted by DogShoppe.net before merchandise may be returned within 10 days of receipt. A USPS Tracking number must be provided for the returned shipment.
♦ Items will only be exchanged / refunded if defective or if item received was not as ordered.
♦ In the unlikely event your item is not what you ordered or is defective, please email us and send a photo of the product received.
♦ If items are returned without permission, including if USPS returns a package due to non-pickup or an incorrect address provided, items are subject to a minimum 25% return fee, shipping charges are not refundable.
♦ Most items are individually / custom / handmade / printed when the order is placed and can not be returned / exchanged / refunded unless defective or not as ordered.
Including but not limited to :
♦ Embroidered Items and all Shirts are individually custom made per order specifications and are not returnable, or exchangeable for size or color. Please be sure you are ordering the right size.
♦ Cross Stitch Patterns - due to their copyable nature - Cross Stitch patterns are not returnable or exchangeable.
